This innovative Erasmus+ KA2 project aims to a fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system through innovative VET tools. We aim at improving the quality of bread production and consumption and maximizing the nutritious options, while reducing food waste.

About Us

Re:Breading aims to contribute meaningfully to the ‘Farm to Fork’ strategy and address the significant gap in terms of sustainability, food waste and nutrition in new baker professionals and consumers, empowering them to  becoming “green” agents.
